How billing + plans work

How does the overage fee work once I exceed the included order volume?

Each plan includes a monthly order allotment. Anything routed above the included volume is billed at the per-order overage rate, billed monthly in arrears. The per-order rate drops as you move up tiers, so larger volumes cost less per return.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No. All plans are month-to-month. You can change tiers, pause routing, or cancel before the next billing cycle. Enterprise customers can opt into an annual contract with volume-based pricing if you want a fixed-fee arrangement.

Can I switch tiers as my volume grows?

Yes — upgrade at any time and the new tier takes effect on the next billing cycle, with prorated overage accounting. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle. There is no penalty for switching either direction.

How is the 15% processing fee accounted for in the subscription plans?

The subscription covers platform access, the disposition engine, and live carrier negotiation. The 15% processing fee is charged only against what Retriev actually recovers on each routed return — amounts already netted into your monthly recovery statement.

Do you integrate with Shopify, NetSuite, or my OMS?

Starter integrates with Shopify out of the box. Growth and Enterprise add connectors for NetSuite, major OMS platforms, and your existing 3PL — the scope is confirmed in the kickoff call so the data flow matches your reporting cadence.
