What is the industry-baseline 10% liquidation rate?

Traditional liquidators pay a fraction of wholesale value for bulk returns; 10% of original retail is the blended floor we benchmark against in the apparel and footwear category.

Why is the Retriev processing fee 15% of recovery value, not refund exposure?
